History of CZS Development, LLC
In 1988 Dan "Zip" Shearer III, Steven B. Solomon, and Clifford H. Sutherland joined together to create CZS Development LLC.
The name "CZS" comes from the first letter of each owner's name. CZS Development engages in constructing, renting, and managing rental properties; the company is comprised of multiple properties throughout the area.
Our main office is situated at 90 Chateau Royale Court, Morgantown, West Virgina, while our two branch offices are located at One Village Drive, Fairmont, West Virginia and One Club House Circle, Washington, Pennsylvania. Located in South Fairmont, WV, two properties called The Village of Whitehall and Chateau South have over 190 apartments.
AAA Storage is also located in Fairmont and contains nearly 200 units. In Washington, PA a community of upscale apartments called Stonecreek Luxury Apartments consists of over 180 apartments.
Off of Valley View Avenue in Morgantown, WV, Chateau Royale and Chateau North contain nearly 400 apartments.
